| How is it that this man caught the attention of the authorities for something soUnless the renovations were on a large scale, how did this man be brought in front of a court? If you think about it really, all he did was rent a room out of his house for tourists. What does this entail? Placing an ad on Craigslist and emails. Then, when people arrive they stay for a week then leave. Not much tenant turnover at all, certainly not enough to get neighbors to complain.
